Born and raised in Kamloops, Cheryl has shifted her career and interests over the past 15 years. After taking some art classes in Japan while on an exchange program, Cheryl returned to Kamloops and became a show-card artist (hand lettering sign artist) in the early 80's until the late 90's.  Her passion was redirected to the health and wellness industry by the year 2000.

 

In January of 2015, Cheryl picked up the paint brush once again and started painting with acrylics, a medium she had never worked with before. She is fascinated with techniques from some of the great masters to illuminate paintings. Cheryl continues to challenge herself by learning new styles in both her landscapes and abstracts.
